Check that your mobile number is correct and that SMS messages are not being blocked, then request another code after the countdown. If the issue persists, email us with your account information.

AI recognition or cutout failed. What now?

You can regenerate the item from the import detail screen. Failed tasks don't use credits, and any credits held for the task are returned automatically.

What are credits and when are they used?

AI features such as extracting garments and generating outfits use credits. Pro members get 400 credits every month, and credits from top-up packs never expire. The exact cost is shown in the app before you confirm.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Pro bought on the web with Alipay is a one-time purchase and does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. On the App Store, Pro is an auto-renewing Apple subscription. On your iPhone or iPad open Settings, tap your name at the top, choose Subscriptions, then pick Vestia Pro to change or cancel it. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the current period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account and submit a request for the order. For purchases made in another app marketplace, request it from that marketplace's order page. For web purchases made with Alipay, email support@unhurried.work with your order number and account, and we will review it; approved refunds go back to your Alipay account.

How do I export or delete my data?

In the app, open Me > Data & Privacy to export your data, or to delete your account and its data. What happens to data after deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
