Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to the HarmonyOS, iOS and Android versions of Vestia (享搭衣橱) and its related web services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Qionghai Xiangshi Technology Studio (Sole Proprietorship) ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Users under 14 should read and accept these Terms with the accompaniment of a parent or guardian.

Vestia (享搭衣橱) is an AI-powered wardrobe management and shopping decision assistant that helps you:

• Upload outfit photos to automatically split and recognize garments and build a private wardrobe;
• Manage garments, log what you wear and search your wardrobe semantically;
• Compare candidate purchases against your existing wardrobe for outfit coverage and duplicate-purchase risk before you buy;
• Generate outfit suggestions and shopping references with AI.

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Some features require an account; advanced features (Pro) may require payment, as described in the App.

3.1 Registration

The service currently supports registration by mobile phone number only. To use features requiring an account, provide an accurate mobile number, verify possession with an SMS code and keep your account information up to date.

3.2 Security

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, reset your password immediately and contact us.

4.1 Ownership

You own all rights to the photos, garment information and other data you upload ("User Content"). We will not provide your User Content to any third party for purposes other than providing the Service without your consent.

4.2 License to us

To provide the Service, you authorize us to store and process your User Content to the extent necessary, including entrusting photos to third-party AI services for recognition and splitting, as described in Section 4 of the Privacy Policy.

4.3 Compliance commitment

You warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third party's portrait rights, intellectual property rights or other lawful rights. Before uploading photos that contain images of other people, you must obtain the consent of the relevant rights holders.

Garment recognition, splitting, outfit suggestions and shopping analysis provided by the Service are generated by AI models and may contain errors, omissions or recommendations unsuited to you. All AI output is for reference only and does not constitute a basis for any purchase, styling or other decision; whether to act on it is solely your judgment. You can edit AI-generated tags, categories and analysis results in the App at any time.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or publish content that is illegal, infringing, obscene, violent or otherwise unlawful;
• Upload photos of other people that you don't own, or use anyone's likeness without permission;
• Intrude into, scan, probe or interfere with the Service or other users' accounts;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Service, except where expressly permitted by law;
• Use bots, crawlers or other automated means to register accounts in bulk, scrape data or abuse the Service;
• Impersonate others, forge identities or engage in fraud;
• Resell the Service commercially or use it for any other unlawful purpose.

The software, interface, copy and trademarks of the Service itself (including but not limited to the Vestia and 享搭衣橱 names and logos) and related intellectual property rights belong to us or the respective rights holders. These Terms grant you no such rights. You retain ownership of the User Content you upload. Once your account deletion is complete, the processing license you granted us terminates, except for information we must keep by law.

8.1 Paid features

Some advanced features (such as the Pro version) may require payment. Payments are made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, Alipay online payment on the web, or other channels designated by us; prices, billing periods and benefits are as shown in the App.

8.2 Refunds

For purchases made through an app store, refunds follow that store's refund policy. Where the law provides for refunds, we will process them in accordance with the law.

8.3 Price and plan changes

We may adjust the prices or content of paid plans. For a billing period you have already purchased, price changes take effect at renewal and will be announced in the App in advance.

You understand and agree that we may change or suspend part or all of the Service for maintenance, upgrades or operational adjustments, and will try to notify you in advance. You can delete your account at any time in the settings: deletion starts a 15-day cooling-off period during which signing back in restores the account; when it expires, the account and data are permanently deleted (see Section 7 of the Privacy Policy). If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: the Service is provided "as is" and we give no express or implied warranty as to its timeliness, security, error-free operation or uninterrupted availability; we are not responsible for the accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated content; we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service; our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you actually paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (zero for users who have not paid), except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from the Service, are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). The parties should first try to resolve any dispute through friendly consultation; failing that, either party may bring the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction over our location.

We may update these Terms as the product or the law changes, and will notify you of material changes in the App or by other means. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of these Terms; continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
